Sign Up
Simply contact us and we will set you up with a Prep Direct account. We can get most people setup within 24 hours.

We ship your products
When a customer places an order on your website, the order will automatically sync to Prep Direct. We then pick, pack and dispatch. Its that simple.

Import your products
Once you have your Prep Direct account we can start importing your products from your website(s) and or marketplaces, automatically.

Order management
Use your Prep Direct dashboard to create, edit and manage your orders. For example you can change an order address or add items to an order.

Get your items to us
Either ship your items to us yourself or send them directly from your suppliers. You just need to let us know through your Prep Direct dashboard.

Billing
View all your invoices in real-time inside your Prep Direct dashboard. We will also notify you when there is a new invoice.
